[00:01:31] Well, today we're going to talk about drones, drones over New Jersey, and government incompetence,

[00:01:39] because I feel like they go hand in hand. So the thing is, it's drones over New Jersey,

[00:01:48] but it's really drones over the entire East Coast. I'm down in North Carolina, and I've seen video

[00:01:59] of five different drone sightings within 30, 40 miles of where I'm at. So to be like,

[00:02:08] oh, it's just New Jersey. No, this is a big goings on. Weather, you know, I don't know. I hear all

[00:02:17] kinds of different reports, and I feel like our government might be lying to us, Kevin.

[00:02:23] Yeah, I think that's true. I'm in New York, and we haven't had any specifically over this area.

[00:02:31] Okay.

[00:02:32] South of us, quite a bit. I do go out every night and shoot my shotgun into the air just in case.

[00:02:37] Maybe that's why you're not seeing the drones.

[00:02:40] Keeping them away.

[00:02:41] Hey, you're keeping them away. You know, they're afraid.

[00:02:44] Right. Let's focus on the drones first. What are you hearing about these sightings? Like,

[00:02:50] can you describe them? What are you seeing in the news stories?

[00:02:52] I've seen, well, I've seen a lot of weird stuff. You know, one, a lot of the sightings look like

[00:02:58] they're helicopters and airplanes, like regular air traffic. A lot of the video I've seen is not

[00:03:04] suspicious in any way. You know, the flashing, you know, lights and the standard stuff. But I've

[00:03:10] seen a lot of videos that are, like, really weird. You know?

[00:03:14] Not just look like a drone, but like something that's weird. You know, something that I've never

[00:03:21] seen before. I saw one that was a weird kind of an orb shape, and then it changed shape.

[00:03:28] What?

[00:03:29] Which is not something a regular drone does. But I don't know. I've seen, there's so many,

[00:03:36] so many videos out there right now of these things.

[00:03:39] Who even knows what is really tied to now? I mean, that's one of the things about the internet is

[00:03:45] people throw up a video. Hey, I have this drone video that I had that was weird that didn't get

[00:03:50] any play. And now I can be like, yeah, look, I just tag it New Jersey drone. And you know,

[00:03:56] all of a sudden it's, and it's weird that the news doesn't seem to know what to make of it.

[00:04:03] The government doesn't know what to make of it. Nobody knows who's responsible and whatever.

[00:04:08] And the government just seems to be denying everything. Now people are saying it's the

[00:04:13] size of a car, or I've even heard, or the size of a bus. That's pretty significant. Now,

[00:04:21] I don't even know that they're unmanned when they're that big. I don't know if you're hiding

[00:04:25] somebody in there. It could be a bunch of Chinese people in there. I don't know. I don't know what's

[00:04:30] happening. It could be like a Trojan horse, right? I think that there's probably Haitians in there

[00:04:36] eating cats and dogs. Cats and dogs. I mean, who knows what's in these things?

[00:04:40] They pack up a snack and they come on in. So yeah, now we're going to dig into some of these

[00:04:46] news stories. Now, a lot of the news stories, it's weird. It depends on the place. Like one,

[00:04:52] I hear that news stories are being cut back and people are told not to talk about it.

[00:04:57] Um, that seems to be our norm, right? We'll probably be labeled as fake news with this kind

[00:05:04] of stuff. Um, another thing is I hear, oh, they're following all the, uh, the guidelines.

[00:05:12] So we have no business or even looking or asking what they are. Um, technically the law is you can

[00:05:20] fly a drone over private property or private property that you have permission to fly.

[00:05:27] Right. So your own property or someone else's otherwise it's kind of a no go. Um, so over

[00:05:36] military bases, which apparently this is doing, even though they've said that it's not flying over,

[00:05:42] there are also reports from military bases saying that there's stuff flying over their bases. So,

[00:05:48] you know, yeah. Now another news report I saw said when their helicopters approach the drones,

[00:05:56] the lights go out and they have a hard time tracking it with a regular, you know, helicopter.

[00:06:02] I also saw a news story that these drones don't show up on radar, but that was the news and these

[00:06:09] people are idiots. So I don't know that. Yeah. I've heard, I've actually heard both of those.

[00:06:14] Yeah. Yeah. They do show up and they don't show up on radar. So, I mean, obviously nobody,

[00:06:19] nobody knows what the truth is and they just reported anyway. So, I mean, it's just like

[00:06:24] our podcast where we can just say whatever we want. You say whatever you want. You know,

[00:06:28] it's, it's one of those things. The media is, is your own, it's your oyster, right? You can jump in and,

[00:06:34] and, and do whatever you want. But that's the whole thing is why, why is it that our government

[00:06:40] feels the need to, to just lie to us? It's ridiculous. So let's, let's start out here. I have

[00:06:50] some of the news stories. You can kind of check it out, get a feel for what we're dealing with.

[00:06:55] Why don't you guys take a listen to this? People in the Philadelphia area are now spotting large

[00:06:59] drones as authorities in New Jersey push for answers on their own mystery drone spottings

[00:07:05] over the past few weeks. We were swarmed ourselves last night by Action News viewers sending videos

[00:07:10] of drone sightings. Numerous reports were sent into Action News about flying objects in media

[00:07:15] and brew mall in Delaware County, Philadelphia's Mayfair section, and in Cherry Hill, Camden County.

[00:07:21] New Jersey state police were surveying the drones in Lebanon, Hunterdon County on Saturday night.

[00:07:26] No one seems to be able to figure out if the drone incidents are connected, who is flying them,

[00:07:31] or why the FBI is involved. So I feel like if the FBI is involved in the investigation,

[00:07:39] they must feel like there's something going on because you keep hearing the White House and

[00:07:45] everybody dismiss it as, well, we know what this is. This is just regular planes and the rest of it is

[00:07:50] made up. And if it's regular planes and the rest of it's made up, why would the FBI investigate it?

[00:07:58] Right. Does that not sound logical? Like I don't even understand. It doesn't make any sense.

[00:08:05] Well, let me read a quote here. This is from November 18th, and this is some of the earliest

[00:08:12] sightings over in New Jersey. We received reports of what were believed to be drones flying over

[00:08:18] Picatinny Arsenal, in addition to other locations in Morris County on the evening of November 18th.

[00:08:25] Picatinny Arsenal organizations were not involved in UIV flight operations on that date. We are working

[00:08:32] with several of our local, state, and federal partner organizations to obtain more information

[00:08:36] on the reported activity. So there it is. They are flying these drones over sensitive sites,

[00:08:46] including reservoirs and other, you know, other stuff too, you know, they are in there not,

[00:08:50] you know, that's the whole thing. So, all right. Bottom line, I agree. Um, honestly, if it's nighttime

[00:08:56] and I'm looking up, I feel like I would have a hard time distinguishing a helicopter or these as

[00:09:03] they're further away. Now I agree when they get up close, people are seeing things that appear to be

[00:09:12] almost kind of like a car kind of shape. And I mean, not like a car or whatever, but more of the kind

[00:09:19] of flat and long rather than a specific, and they seem to be square, right. Or rectangle. Right. And

[00:09:25] that to me is more, you know, not like a helicopter. So I find that odd now it's weird that the white

[00:09:34] house and everybody just denies it, but it kind of reminds me back to the Aurora apartment complex

[00:09:41] thing where you had the local government, the mayor was like, Oh yeah, this is happening. This

[00:09:47] is real. We're asking for help. And then the governor was like, no, this is all fake news and it's made up.

[00:09:55] And it really just creates such a distrust for your government. You know, um, you don't,

[00:10:03] how do you trust anybody when they're just constantly lying to you? Right. Um, it, to me,

[00:10:10] these are, are very relevant and we're going to dig into some stories about the coast guard,

[00:10:15] seeing them and the, you know, 50 coming over in, in from the ocean. That's kind of a big deal.

[00:10:23] Uh, there was a, a Congressman Jeff van drew. He, uh, he posited, or he suggested that maybe there's

[00:10:33] like a, he said, Iranian mothership. Well, I've got his exact quote here. I'll read it. Let me hear it.

[00:10:39] I'm going to tell you the real deal. Iran launched a mothership that contains these drones. It's off the

[00:10:45] East coast of the United States of America. They've launched drones. So he's specifically saying

[00:10:50] there is an Iranian mothership. I don't know what that means. I'm assuming that to me in the ocean.

[00:10:57] Right. I believe, I believe that he means a boat, like a big ship in the, in the ocean. However,

[00:11:03] the way that comes across in my mind, I'm thinking like some star Trek thing coming down or the death

[00:11:09] star out there kind of hovering and things just flying out. It's the drone wars, right? I mean,

[00:11:16] is it not star Wars here playing out? Um, that should have been the title. Maybe I'll rework the,

[00:11:22] uh, cover photo for this is drone wars. Um, but that's, that's the whole thing, right? There's so

[00:11:30] much going on now. He said that, and he said in one of the bit more expanded interviews I saw with him

[00:11:37] that he had sources inside the government that he didn't want to, you know, divulge. They were from

[00:11:45] the Homeland security and things like that. And he didn't want to give it out. The white house then

[00:11:51] later is going to dispute that in another interview. And they're going to say, we looked,

[00:11:56] there's no Iranian ships in our coastal waters. Now you and me both being, uh, military veterans here

[00:12:04] in the Navy. We know that our coastal waters is 25 miles out. Right. Um, could there be a ship out a

[00:12:12] hundred miles and the government is just, well, that doesn't count. So we're ignoring that and

[00:12:18] painting a different story to me. Kind of. Yes. Cause the government lies to us all the time.

[00:12:23] Now my gut says, I don't need to like panic and urgent about this, but I think we should be very aware

[00:12:32] and on guard about it. You know what I'm saying? I feel like it's going to play out like the Chinese

[00:12:37] balloon. Uh, you remember when they, we let that ridiculous balloon fly over our country and we did

[00:12:44] nothing. I feel like it's somebody, I don't know that it's China. I feel like it's somebody testing us

[00:12:52] and seeing, you know, what we're, we're about right. And seeing what we're going to do to respond.

[00:12:59] Go ahead. I'm going to slightly disagree with you. I agree with all that, except I think that we

[00:13:04] should be panicking. I think that we should, that's, I mean, that's just my personal opinion.

[00:13:10] To me, it's kind of a big deal if you let that kind of shit go on. I mean, if there is any possibility

[00:13:16] that this is a foreign power doing this, I feel like that's a very serious thing, but I, I just,

[00:13:25] I can't wrap my head around the government's inept response.

[00:13:31] Yeah. So I've got a, I've got a good one here. Another quote. Um, uh, well, it's not,

[00:13:37] it's not a quote. I, I wasn't able to, it, it didn't really make any sense. I just heard him

[00:13:41] talking about it. So, uh, Ryan Zinke, he's a, um, Republican from Montana, Congressman.

[00:13:47] He said that somehow it's related to Hunter's backpack, which I didn't, Oh, I didn't know

[00:13:53] there was a backpack thing, but also the laptop. So we obviously have a crack team of morons

[00:13:59] on this and we shouldn't have to worry about it at all.

[00:14:02] All right. Well, so here's the thing. So I keep saying, and, and I hate to play clips,

[00:14:07] especially when they're long, but this is John Kirby from the white house. And I want you guys

[00:14:17] is the white house national security community, uh, communication advisor. Also he's a known liar.

[00:14:24] So go ahead with the, take those two things into account and note that we're going to play some

[00:14:31] other videos that are going to completely make this jackass sound like a liar. And you're going to be

[00:14:37] like, well, wait, that doesn't add up. So the bottom line is, I don't know if he's lying or the

[00:14:42] other people are lying, but I feel like we're being lied to check it out.

[00:14:46] Now, finally, I just want to add a few comments on the reports of drone activity here on the East

[00:14:51] coast, particularly in and around New Jersey. We have no evidence at this time that the reported

[00:14:57] drone sightings pose a national security or a public safety threat or have a foreign nexus.

[00:15:04] The department of Homeland security and the FBI are investigating these sightings and they're

[00:15:09] working closely with state and local law enforcement to provide resources using numerous detection methods

[00:15:14] to better understand their origin. Using very sophisticated electronic detection technologies

[00:15:21] provided by federal authorities, we have not been able to, and neither have state or local law

[00:15:27] enforcement authorities, corroborate any of the reported visual sightings. To the contrary,

[00:15:34] upon review of available imagery, it appears that many of the reported sightings are actually manned aircraft

[00:15:39] that are being operated lawfully. The United States Coast Guard is providing support to the state of New

[00:15:45] Jersey and has confirmed that there is no evidence of any foreign based involvement from coastal vessels.

[00:15:51] And importantly, there are no reported or confirmed drone sightings in any restricted airspace.

[00:15:58] Now that said, we certainly take seriously the threat that can be posed by unmanned aircraft systems,

[00:16:03] which is why law enforcement and other agencies continue to support New Jersey and investigate the reports,

[00:16:09] even though they have uncovered no malicious activity or intent at this particular stage.

[00:16:15] While there is no known malicious activity occurring, the reported sightings there do, however, highlight a gap in authorities.

[00:16:22] And so we urge Congress to pass important legislation that will extend and expand existing counter drone authorities

[00:16:28] so that we are better prepared to identify and mitigate any potential threats to airports or other critical infrastructure.

[00:16:35] And so that state and local authorities are provided all the tools that they need to respond to such threats.

[00:16:42] Now, that's the whole thing. He says there are big gaps in their authority.

[00:16:48] And of course, the government is always like, we need more authority. We need to be able to do more things.

[00:16:55] But the FAA, I heard the head of the FAA come out and say, oh, well, we have the authority to shoot down things if we deem them unfit and whatever, you know, in our airspace and doing illegal activity.

[00:17:09] So is there not already authority? Did they not think to call the FAA on this way?

[00:17:15] But they need more. They always need more. There's never enough, you know, they don't have enough power and enough control.

[00:17:21] So they should be able to just shoot anybody they want. They are the government. You know what I mean?

[00:17:25] They're working for our safety.

[00:17:28] Right. You know that if like you were out there with a signal mirror and you were flashing it in somebody's eyes in a plane,

[00:17:36] that somebody would come out like SWAT teams and be knocking on your door in like five minutes.

[00:17:41] Right. Right. I mean, that that's happening.

[00:17:44] Remember, people were flying drones in New York City and they were flying like around the planes or something near JFK.

[00:17:51] I guess the one in the city. But yes, I don't know.

[00:17:57] But anyway, he's like, oh, to the contrary, they're lawfully manned aircraft.

[00:18:02] And he's like, you know, I just what a jackass is all I can say.

[00:18:07] And I feel like I'm being lied to. It's funny because I'd mentioned that Aurora story.

[00:18:13] I went back to it. And if you look now, that place was so overrun that the the state of Colorado declared it what a criminal something zone.

[00:18:27] And and they went in and shut the place down and made them evict everybody.

[00:18:32] And and I'm like, wait a minute. You know, how is this fake news is what they they were telling us.

[00:18:38] And then now, oh, yeah, well, that was true. But we were lying to you before.

[00:18:43] Right. Right. And, you know, it's weird that they never just come out and say we are lying.

[00:18:48] They just contradict themselves over and over again and then act like you're so stupid.

[00:18:53] You won't know you're so dumb. You didn't know.

[00:18:55] You don't know when somebody's lying to you.

[00:18:58] So, I mean, all right. Car sized drones.

[00:19:01] I feel like there could be a payload there. That was kind of like that balloon. Right.

[00:19:06] There could have been a payload there. It was very large.

[00:19:14] And you're telling me. So, Kevin, how would you imagine if China had a bunch of helicopters to show up that they didn't know anything about

[00:19:24] and just started flying all over their major cities?

[00:19:27] How would that go? Would that be?

[00:19:29] Well, first off, they probably wouldn't report it. You know what I mean? We would never hear about it.

[00:19:34] You know, people would see it and then, you know, there wouldn't be any news stories about it or anything.

[00:19:38] But also, I mean, I don't think they would just let it slide. You know, I wouldn't think the United States would let it slide, but they are.

[00:19:46] So, you know, whatever. I guess you just do whatever the fuck you want.

[00:19:52] And everybody is so worried about getting reelected that they don't give a shit about, you know, what's actually happening and actually doing the fucking job that they were hired to do.

[00:20:01] Right. Right. Well, that's it. I have another again. I try not to play videos, but I feel like you guys don't just want my take on it.

[00:20:11] I mean, I don't want to be like, yeah, this guy said and that guy said I like it's ridiculous when people are outright lying to you.

[00:20:27] It's very concerning. I feel it's very 1984 and we're just being kind of lied to.

[00:20:33] So I do have another news story. And again, this is a congressman.

[00:20:38] He's going to identify himself and they're, hey, I talked to the Coast Guard.

[00:20:43] The Coast Guard sees him, but somehow the White House is like, no, we have no real sightings.

[00:20:48] But the Coast Guard is like, yeah, we saw 50 coming over the coast.

[00:20:54] So let's see. Listen to this.

[00:20:57] The Republican Congressman Chris Smith, his constituents have been reporting joint activity over recent days.

[00:21:02] It's been happening over several weeks. Congressman, good to have you with us.

[00:21:05] The White House not ruling out anything, not giving us any answers.

[00:21:10] Neither did this hearing that we just heard some questions in.

[00:21:14] What is going on here and when can people expect to get some answers from our leaders?

[00:21:20] They should have had them immediately. Last night I was on the beach with Sheriff Mesternardi

[00:21:24] and he's doing a magnificent job in trying to chronicle, ascertain a threat for this.

[00:21:30] He's the Ocean County Sheriff.

[00:21:32] Sean Golden's doing the same thing in Monmouth County.

[00:21:34] So I was there on the beach and I talked to several people, including a commander for the Coast Guard,

[00:21:40] who told me that the night before I was there last night, so two nights ago,

[00:21:44] one of their 47-foot vessels, boats, was trailed very closely by more than a dozen of these drones.

[00:21:53] Now that, to me, is very, very, not just suspicious, provocative.

[00:21:57] And this could be a foreign power, whether it be Putin, whether it be Xi Jinping in China or the Middle East.

[00:22:02] We can't rule any of that out.

[00:22:04] Yeah, this is incredible.

[00:22:05] So a United States Coast Guard boat testified to you that 12 drones were following it in the water,

[00:22:14] in the Atlantic Ocean.

[00:22:15] Did they tell you anything about the size, what they look like?

[00:22:18] Were they able to get images?

[00:22:20] How close were they?

[00:22:21] They were pretty large and they weren't far off the stern.

[00:22:25] So it's very, very troubling.

[00:22:26] I called the joint base and talked to the commanding officer there and asked,

[00:22:30] we know we have the capability within DOD to ascertain where it's coming from, even bring it down.

[00:22:36] And they have it, but they don't have the, quote, authority to do it.

[00:22:39] From who?

[00:22:40] See, this is the question, Congressman.

[00:22:41] So when you're out over the ocean and you have 12 of them out there,

[00:22:45] I think, you know, it's a very reasonable question why weren't one of those drones

[00:22:50] trailing the Coast Guard ship shot down over the ocean and grabbed and checked out?

[00:22:54] Well, again, the capability to do that in a way that could retrieve what it is and who's doing it,

[00:23:01] it resides within the DOD.

[00:23:03] They have it.

[00:23:03] I've asked the commanding officer to get that authority.

[00:23:07] I've written Lloyd Austin to ask him to give that authority.

[00:23:11] I mean, this could be the beginning of something or it could be nothing.

[00:23:13] Who knows?

[00:23:14] But how dare they allow us to live?

[00:23:15] I just listened to the White House spokeswoman.

[00:23:19] Say nothing.

[00:23:19] They got nothing to tell us.

[00:23:21] Unbelievable.

[00:23:22] And we have the capability.

[00:23:24] You know, and the night before, I was there last night till late.

[00:23:28] The night before, one of our police officers, again, working for Sheriff Mastronardi,

[00:23:33] chronicled 50 coming from the ocean onto land.

[00:23:37] 50.

[00:23:38] I mean, this is really serious stuff.

[00:23:40] It's insane.

[00:23:40] It's like a sci-fi movie.

[00:23:41] And it could be a hoax, but it's so large, the number of them.

[00:23:45] There's probably a ship.

[00:23:46] You know, it's a foreign entity.

[00:23:47] It's something that the U.S. knows and understands, or it's some kind of massive hoax with lots

[00:23:52] of people involved.

[00:23:52] But whatever it is, we absolutely have to know.

[00:23:55] So, you know, this lack of answers is absolutely really upsetting.

[00:24:00] There's no way it's a hoax.

[00:24:01] We have foreign powers, especially China, Putin, Russia.

[00:24:05] You know, we watched the balloon go across and shoot it down until it was well out over

[00:24:08] the ocean.

[00:24:09] So let's hope we can get it right this time.

[00:24:14] I had one, you know, go to my house and it's a strange feeling.

[00:24:17] So we'll let you know what we hear from DOD because they should get that authority today.

[00:24:32] I didn't get the feeling that he was some whack job that, you know, whatever.

[00:24:41] Now they said a 47 foot boat.

[00:24:44] So that's not exactly, you know, you're probably not like a cutter or something, right?

[00:24:50] You're just a little, you know, I don't even know.

[00:24:53] I don't know how many car sized drones you could have on a 47 foot boat, but it didn't seem to me.

[00:24:59] The Coast Guard were in a 47 foot.

[00:25:01] Oh, the court.

[00:25:02] And they were being followed, right?

[00:25:03] So, but it just, I mean, so people are like, well, why didn't you shoot them down?

[00:25:07] Well, if I'm in a 47 foot boat, I mean.

[00:25:10] You're not that heavily armed.

[00:25:12] You might have a, you probably have a 50 cow on there and you, you know, you could, I'm sure, shoot one down.

[00:25:20] Whatever you think.

[00:25:21] It's just going to sink and that's it.

[00:25:23] But I am sure like, so you and I both been in the military, both in, in the Navy.

[00:25:30] And you know, that we're probably, you're not going to have the authority to do Jack without the government say so.

[00:25:41] We can't take action, but when do you act?

[00:25:46] I mean, that's the whole thing.

[00:25:47] When do you say, Hey, this is really a threat.

[00:25:49] Like I pointed out, China wouldn't go for that.

[00:25:52] Putin wouldn't go for that.

[00:25:55] You're telling me we have a bunch of car sized drones flying around Russia and Russia is not taking action.

[00:26:01] I understand they're being invaded right now and that's a different game.

[00:26:06] They're in, in a war.

[00:26:09] I mean, that's fair.

[00:26:10] But you know, damn well in peacetime, if Putin had something fly over freaking Moscow or whatever, right?

[00:26:21] Cause I wanted to get away from the Capitol cause they're not flying over DC that we know of.
